A: We are based in Brooklyn, NY, and ship to the USA, Canada, mainland Europe, and other international locations.
Q3: What is the shipping time?
A: Standard delivery takes 20–40 business days from the date of payment.
Express delivery is available for an additional charge and ships in 7–15 business days.
Q4: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: You may request a change or cancellation within 24 business hours of placing your order. After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Q5: Where is my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number is sent via email once your order is shipped. If you do not receive it within 7 business days, please email sablefinds@gmail.com with your order number.
Q6: Do you have a physical store?
A: No, we operate exclusively online at this time.
Q7: Where do I ship my return/exchange?
A: To request a return or exchange, please contact us first at sablefinds@gmail.com with your order number and email address. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Q8: What products cannot be returned/exchanged?
A: Sale items, certain gift items, and some personal items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items for children may only be exchanged for a different size.

A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This allows us to keep our product prices low.
Q11: Do I have to pay customs duties?
A: International customers may be subject to their own country’s customs regulations. SableFinds does not charge additional customs fees.
