Order Processing & Delivery

Once your order is placed, it enters processing immediately and cannot be cancelled after placement. Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 8–15 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 12–20 business days

Delivery time estimates do not include customs delays or unforeseen carrier delays.


Shipping Costs & Options

We offer standard shipping only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your tracking shows no updates after 5 business days, please contact us with your order number.


Lost or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping and billing addresses are accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information. If the mistake is ours, we will correct the order at no extra cost.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers may be subject to customs or import duties once the item arrives in their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins. To request a return after delivery, please contact us with your order number and email address for return instructions.
